God’s word will stand throughout the ages. His promises are true. His word has been tested time and again.

God is a shield for us. He protects and defends His children. Sometimes it seems that everything is coming against us. However, that is Satan’s lies. Romans 8:31 says, If God be for us, who can be against us? (KJV). Be of good heart, Dear One. It is Christ himself who is seated at the right hand of The Father making intercession for us. Therefore, nothing or no one can separate us from the love of Christ. (Romans 8:31-39).

The road we walk is not an easy one. God never promised it would be, but He did promise He would be with us through it all. Hold tight to His hand, and keep your eyes on Him. Not because He might lose you or leave you, but to give you peace and comfort. Like a child holding onto a loving, caring father who he trusts to guide him safely home.
